Hillsdale Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of a new provider at Hillsdale Medical Associates, Patricia Wise, PA-C. Wise started seeing patients at the Hillsdale Medical Associates Hudson Street location in December, 2024.
After graduating from Idaho State University as a physician assistant in 2010, Wise began her medical career at health clinics in rural Arizona and Nevada. She was a participant in the National Health Service Corps program for seven years, during which she came to understand the needs of underserved medical communities.
In 2021, Wise returned to the Midwest to serve cancer patients in Bryan, Ohio, as a medical oncology provider. She is now offering primary care at Hillsdale Medical Associates on Hudson Street for patients of ages two and up.
“Hillsdale Hospital is excited to have Patty join our Hillsdale Medical Associates clinic as she knows and understands rural healthcare,” said Seth Gibson, director of outpatient clinics. “She will be a true asset to our patients and community by delivering comprehensive high-quality care.”

Hillsdale Hospital also provides primary care at other locations. Hillsdale Health & Wellness, located on Carleton Road in the Kroger Plaza, is currently open for walk-in care Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. It is open for primary care, internal medicine and endocrinology Monday through Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm. The Reading Health Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Same-day sick visits may be available depending on schedule.
