Community Health Needs Assessment (including survey results from the Community Survey)
Every 3 years, Hillsdale Hospital is required to perform a Community Health Needs Assessment, including a review of current data and statistics, a community survey of concerns and issues, and consensus recommendations as to what the Hospital should focus on for the next 3 years. The Human Services Network (HSN), acting on behalf of the community has reviewed the Needs Assessment and made recommendations to the Hospital Board. The Board of Trustees has approved the Action Plans put forth by the HSN and both the full Needs Assessment and Action Plans are published here. These will remain on the Hospital website, along with annual updates, for the next 3 year cycle.
