Hillsdale Hospital President & CEO, Duke Anderson, Named One of 50 Rural Hospital “CEOs to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review
Hillsdale, Mich. – June 17, 2019 – Duke Anderson, Hillsdale Hospital’s President and CEO, has been named one of the 50 Rural Hospital “CEOs to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review. This is the fourth time Mr. Anderson has been recognized with such distinction. He is the only Hillsdale Hospital President and CEO to achieve the designation.
In the 10 years Mr. Anderson has held the position of President and CEO, he has been focused on improving the quality of health care in Hillsdale County by creating a patient-centered environment, engaging employees, and creating a culture of high reliability at Hillsdale Hospital and its medical clinics.
The Becker’s Hospital Review editorial team considers a number of factors including awards received; local, regional and national leadership positions held; and the candidates’ organizations’ recent performance in quality, finance, employee engagement and employee satisfaction. Anderson was recognized during the Becker’s Hospital Review National Convention, in Chicago, which took place April 1-4, 2019.
