Loganathan to see patients in Hillsdale part-time
HILLSDALE, Mich.—Dr. Amritraj Loganathan of Jackson Spine is now providing neurosurgery at Hillsdale Hospital. He will see patients for consultations on Thursdays at Three Meadows Medical Building, Suite 140, and will be performing procedures in Hillsdale most Wednesdays and Fridays.
Loganathan specializes in cervical artificial disc replacements, minimally invasive spine surgery, spine fracture treatments, treatment for cervical and lumbar herniated discs, and more. He strives to provide a personalized neurosurgical experience.
“I think it’s very important that patients see me every time,” Loganathan said. “Each patient is a little different, so from consultation to surgery, I’ll be the one they’re meeting with.”
After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, he completed his residency at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. Loganathan has been practicing for 10 years, and has previously served as vice chief of surgery at Henry Ford Hospital.
“We’re excited to partner with Dr. Loganathan in offering excellent neurosurgical care,” said Jeremiah J. Hodshire, president and chief executive officer. “Hillsdale Hospital is dedicated to providing a full range of high-quality health services in our rural community, and having Dr. Loganathan on the team will be a huge benefit to patients as they receive care locally.”
Patients can now see Loganathan at his Hillsdale Office. Call (517) 314-2990 to book an appointment. For more information about neurosurgery at Hillsdale Hospital, visit hillsdalehospital.com. To learn more about Loganathan and his practice, visit jacksonspine.org.
