Elizabeth Cook, DO

Biography

Dr. Cook was born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs. She comes from a family of many physicians, going back several generations. Dr. Cook attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 1999, and came to Michigan for residency at the Henry Ford affiliate hospital, Bi-County Community Hospital in Warren, MI. After 10 years in Pennsylvania, she returned to Michigan in 2013. Dr. Cook is married to Rodney and has two grown daughters and two school-aged sons at home in Spring Arbor.
